Teams & Organizations

Culture doesn't live in a policy.
It lives in people.

Most workplace wellness asks people to do one more thing. This asks them to stop for a few minutes and come back to themselves — together, in the middle of an ordinary week.

What this is

Practice, brought into
a team's actual working life.

Embodied practice brought into a team's actual working life. Movement, breath, or rest — shaped around what the group needs rather than a fixed curriculum.

Nobody changes clothes. Nobody rolls out a mat unless they want to. A session can happen at a desk, in a conference room, or across a video call with people in four time zones. That is deliberate: workplace wellness tends to fail on logistics long before it fails on content.

How it began

It started inside
teams she was already part of.

This work started informally, inside teams Renay was already part of. As a member of a virtual team, she offered meditations at the beginning and end of meetings. People asked for more.

That is still how it tends to begin — and it is why this is not a program sold into a company. It is a practice brought into a room.

Why Renay

She knows what
a Tuesday looks like.

Twenty years practicing law before any of this. She has sat in the meetings, carried the deadlines, and watched capable people run themselves empty while performing fine.

She is not arriving from outside your working life to tell you about rest. She knows what a Tuesday looks like.

Ways to work together

One session, a season,
or an ongoing rhythm.

A single session

Sixty minutes, for a team day, an offsite, or a quarter that has asked too much. Often how it starts.

A season

Three or six sessions across a quarter. Long enough for a team to stop treating it as an event and start treating it as a rhythm.

Ongoing

Monthly, as part of how the team actually moves through its year.

All available virtually, worldwide, or in person in the Macon, Georgia area.

What a session can hold

Two of four strands,
chosen with you.

  • Movement — chair-based or mat-based, scaled to the room and what people are wearing
  • Meditation — short, practical, no belief required
  • Yoga Nidra Rest — guided deep rest; the one most teams are surprised by
  • Nervous system basics — an introduction, in plain language, to how the body responds under sustained pressure

Most engagements use two of these. The mix is decided after a conversation, not before.

Investment

From $450
a session.

Virtual, up to 25 — $450

In person — in the Macon area, with travel added beyond 25 miles.

Larger groups — above 25, a session works differently. Tell me about your team and we'll shape it together.

Three sessions prepaid, or ongoing monthly — same rate. Choose by what suits your budgeting. Six sessions prepaid is the better rate, for teams ready to commit to a season.

Season rates are shared after a conversation about the team — its size, its season, and what it is actually carrying.

that is the room this is for.
