How we walk together

Find your way
back to yourself.

Every offering is designed to meet you where you are — in grief, in burnout, in transition, or in the quiet awareness that something is ready to shift. Women who find their way here often say they didn't know how tired they were until they finally rested — or how much became possible when they stopped trying so hard.

What your body already knows

The difference between holding on
and finally letting go.

Most women who arrive here don't need to be convinced they are tired. They already know. What they haven't found yet is a container safe enough to set it down.

The practice includes movement — restorative yoga that teaches the body how to rest, and Pilates when strength and alignment are part of what you need. Neither is a fitness performance. Both are ways of returning to a body that can carry you, offered with the same companioned care as quiet practice and rest.

The holding state

What it feels like
to brace.

You manage. You function. You do not fall apart. But underneath the competence, something is braced — shoulders held just slightly too high, breath that stops short of the belly, a jaw that carries tension you stopped noticing years ago. The body is doing its job: protecting you. But protection has a cost, and that cost accumulates quietly.

The resting state

What it feels like
to land.

The breath finds the belly. The shoulders soften without being told to. The jaw unclenches. Something that has been held in the tissue for a long time begins, very slowly, to release — not because you worked at it, but because the conditions were finally right. This is what Renay's work creates: the conditions.

Movement · Pilates & Yoga

A body built to
last a lifetime.

Most people arrive the way they arrive to most things — rushing, distracted, their minds already reaching for what comes next. The body is holding the morning and the day, although it's just beginning. If it is the end of the day, the body is holding tomorrow as well. By the time clients leave, something visibly shifts: they are noticeably lighter, less tense, more present. The aliveness is noticeable. Renay sees it every time — in the energy, in the faces, in the lifted spirit of someone who just spent an hour coming home to their own body. The breath leads. The body follows.

This is what Pilates, in Renay's hands, is intended to create. Not a fitness performance, but a return — to strength, to alignment, to a body that grows in strength and resilience, and a person who remembers they are capable and at home in their own skin. Drawing on 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates training across the full apparatus, she brings this work to real bodies at every stage, always with the long view in mind: not just this session, but this life.

Alongside Pilates, restorative yoga and somatic movement carry the other half of the same work — shapes held long enough that the nervous system believes them, and movement that lets the body say what it has been holding without words.

Meditations · Mindfulness & Yoga Nidra

Something shifts
when we rest together.

Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Nidra Rest are the anchors of this work — the practices Renay has taught longest and returns to most often. Both are offered one to one and in small groups, and both ask nothing of you but your presence.

Group sessions form when the timing is right — pop-up, on-location, and virtual. Each one is intentionally small, never open enrollment, and shaped around the people in the room. Other practices weave in depending on what the gathering calls for.

Mindful Life Coaching

Your practice,
built around you.

Coaching with Renay begins with a conversation. From there, the work takes shape around what you are looking for, if we find that we are a good fit — coaching alone, or coaching woven together with movement and meditation. It shifts as your seasons shift.

As a Certified Life Coach and teacher, the coaching Renay offers is not prescriptive — it is a companioned inquiry into what you already know and are ready to trust.

1:1 Coaching — Opening Early 2027. Renay is spending this year writing, teaching, and building the foundations for deep client work. First conversations are welcome now — space will be intentionally limited when it opens.

"Renay is very soulful, intuitive, and understanding. She excelled at listening and making me feel empowered. She has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable and understood. Very personable and thoughtful. Excellent coach — I highly recommend her."

Common questions

What you may be wondering
before you begin

No. Renay works with people at every level — from those stepping onto a mat for the first time to those deepening an existing practice. The work begins where you are.
Yes. Many people who find their way to Renay arrive after years — sometimes decades — of inactivity. Sessions are paced around your body, not a standard of fitness. There is no catching up required.
No. Movement, Meditations, and Mindful Life Coaching are three doorways into the same work, not three separate products. Many people begin with one and find another opens on its own. A first conversation is where we sort out what you actually need right now — which may well be a combination, and may change with the season.
All three offerings — Movement, Meditations, and Mindful Life Coaching — are available virtually, worldwide, whether you are working one to one or within a small group. Those in and around Macon, Georgia are welcome to inquire about local in-person availability.
Renay's work is holistic wellness coaching — it is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What it offers is a whole-being space: body, presence, and practice for those who want to feel more capable, more grounded, and more at home in themselves. Many who work with Renay also see therapists, and the two approaches tend to complement each other naturally.
Yes. The work is designed to meet you where you are — in grief, in transition, in recovery, or simply in a season that has asked more of you than expected. You are not required to be well to begin. You are only required to arrive.
